Thank you for your interest in Fwrap.  At Fwrap, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. We are careful with the information you entrust to us.  We will not sell, rent, trade or share any information you disclose to us without your prior approval.

Shipping & Returns

Most retail orders are sent via United States Postal Service.  Our larger orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  We fill orders within 2 business days and will notify you of any delays.  In the US, your items should arrive within 8 days from the day you placed the order.

In order to minimize packaging and still celebrate the presentation, we use simple cardboard backing, craft paper and sew each package closed.  Larger shipments arrive in boxes.

These are our standard shipping charges for the United States, based on overall purchases before tax:

For standard shipping charges outside the US, please add $15 to the domestic base prices.

We express ship as well.  In the United States, add an additional $15 to the amounts above and an additional $30 for international orders.  Express shipments are processed in one business day.


Return and Exchange Policies

Items may be returned/exchanged within 10 days of purchase provided they are unused and in their original condition.   If you are returning or exchanging something, we would appreciate knowing about it in advance.   Simply drop us an e-mail at: info@fwraps.com or call (510) 350-8826.
